Location: Round Rock, TX
Pay: $20.00–$21.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Job Type: Full-Time

We're looking for dependable, hands-on individuals to join a busy manufacturing and assembly team. If you have experience using hand and power tools, enjoy reading assembly diagrams or blueprints, and take pride in building quality products, this is an excellent opportunity to grow your skills in a stable, full-time position.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products and components using hand and power tools.
• Read and interpret assembly diagrams, drawings, and work instructions.
• Assist with operating assembly machinery and production equipment.
• Measure, fit, and secure parts to ensure quality standards are met.
• Perform general mechanical and handyman-style tasks as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Work with team members to meet daily production goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing, assembly, construction, or mechanical work preferred.
• Comfortable using hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
• Ability to read diagrams, blueprints, or assembly instructions.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Reliable, dependable, and able to work in a team environment.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift to 50 lbs throughout the workday.
• Ability to stand, bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks during the shift.
