Join Our Manufacturing Team

We are seeking a dependable Machine Operator to operate and maintain production equipment in a fast-paced pre-fabrication environment. This role is responsible for producing high-quality building components while maintaining safety, accuracy, and efficiency throughout the manufacturing process. Experience operating FrameCAD equipment—particularly the FrameCAD 325IT, 450, or 550—is highly preferred, though candidates with experience operating similar automated manufacturing or fabrication machinery are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Operating industrial machinery is used to cut, shape, bend, and fabricate materials.
• Set up and adjust equipment to meet production specifications.
• Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments during operation.
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Perform basic machine maintenance and keep equipment clean.
• Follow all workplace safety procedures and maintain an organized work area.
• Work with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Assist with training and support new operators when needed.

Qualifications

• Previous experience operating manufacturing or production machinery preferred.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to read measurements and follow production instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to lift materials, stand for extended periods, and work in a production environment.
• Dependable, safety-focused, and able to work in a team setting.
