Express Employment Professionals of Baton Rouge is partnering with a commercial electrical contractor seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman to lead commercial electrical construction projects. This role is responsible for supervising field crews, coordinating daily operations, ensuring projects stay on schedule, and maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality.

Pay: $29.00–$35.00/hour (Based on Experience)
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Primary Duties

• Lead commercial electrical construction projects
• Supervise and direct field crews
• Assign daily work tasks and monitor labor productivity
• Coordinate project schedules, materials, and equipment
• Communicate with project managers, clients, and other trades
• Conduct safety meetings and job site inspections
• Ensure all work meets quality standards and NEC requirements
• Maintain a safe, organized, and productive job site

Requirements

• Extensive commercial electrical experience
• Previous Foreman or crew leadership experience
• Experience managing commercial construction projects
• Strong knowledge of National Electrical Code (NEC) and OSHA standards
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Strong project planning and organizational abilities
• Advanced electrical troubleshooting and technical knowledge
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen
