Job Description

• This is a full cycle recruiting position where you will create job postings, screen resumes/applications, select and interview candidates, on-board and complete new hire documents, and place candidates in great jobs working for our clients
• Market and sell candidate skills and experience to organizations ensuring the best match for both the client company and the candidate
• Make outbound B2B sales calls to clients/prospects to explain our services and develop new business, making 100 outbound sales calls per week.
• Source prospective candidates utilizing internet research, social media, referral networking, direct recruiting, resume databases, job postings and other sourcing tools
• Communicate frequently with clients and candidates to arrange client interviews, update progress, and negotiate/accept job offers
• Prepare candidates for interviews providing general interview tips and detailed client information
• Serve as employee advocate, offering coaching when needed
• Data Entry: Record all contacts with clients/associates into our proprietary CRM. Utilize our database to enter, maintain and update candidate information

Skills/Qualifications

Required

• 1+ years of experience in sales, customer service, recruiting, staffing, business development, or a related field
• Comfortable making outbound calls and developing new business relationships
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
• Professional, positive, and customer-focused attitude

Preferred

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree
• Prior recruiting, staffing, HR, or sales experience
• Experience using CRM, ATS, or recruiting software

Compensation and Benefits

• On-Target Earnings: $55,000-65,000+ (first full year) through a combination of base salary, bonuses, commissions, and incentive pay
• Base Salary: $45,000 
• Weekly, Monthly and Results-focused bonuses
