Schedule: Monday-Friday | 9:00 AM-5:00 PM (Overtime Available)

Responsibilities

• Coordinate care and programs for a caseload of 16-20 residents
• Work closely with QIDPs, residential aides, and front-line supervisors
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and agency policies
• Serve as the primary communication link between staff, residents, families, and outside agencies
• Approve timecards and assist with staff scheduling and coverage across nine residential homes
• Participate in an on-call rotation
• Travel locally to residential homes, hospitals, medical appointments, and other community locations

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience working with individuals with developmental or intellectual disabilities
• Knowledge of state regulations and compliance requirements
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
