Job Title: Line Cook

Schedule: Wednesday through Sunday - day/early-evening shifts between 8am and 7:30pm

Pay: $26 per hour

Description:

Our client is seeking a Line Cook to prepare menu items by following recipes and standards, with primary responsibilities focused on making salads and sandwiches, while also assisting with tasks like grilling, sautéing, frying, and plating as needed. You’ll maintain a clean, safe work area and collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth, timely service during busy periods.

Requirements:

Prepare salads and sandwiches as the main focus; assist with other cooking tasks as needed.
Follow recipes and measure ingredients accurately.
Cook food to order with correct temperature, taste, and presentation.
Keep station clean, organized, and safe.
Restock supplies and communicate needs.
Use knives and equipment safely.
Clean and shut down station after service; store food properly.
Follow FIFO and all food safety procedures.

Qualifications:

Line cook experience and basic cooking knowledge.
Strong knife skills and attention to detail.
Ability to follow recipes and work in a fast-paced setting.
Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work flexible hours.
