Position Summary

Express Employment Professionals are looking for a dependable and motivated Material Handler to support daily warehouse and production operations. In this role, you'll be responsible for moving materials, maintaining inventory accuracy, preparing shipments, and ensuring materials are available where they're needed. The ideal candidate is organized, safety-minded, and enjoys working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Primary Responsibilities

• Safely load, unload, transport, and stage materials using pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment.
• Pick, pack, label, and prepare orders for shipping according to company procedures.
• Maintain accurate inventory records through scanners or inventory management systems.
• Organize and store materials to ensure a clean, safe, and efficient work environment.
• Deliver materials to production areas to support manufacturing schedules.
• Work closely with team members and supervisors to maintain efficient workflow.
• Assist with cycle counts, inventory audits, and stock replenishment activities.
• Follow all workplace safety policies and quality standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous warehouse, manufacturing, or material handling experience is a plus.
• Basic computer skills and experience using handheld scanners or inventory systems.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively and work well in a team environment.

Work Environment

• Manufacturing or warehouse setting.
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Exposure to machinery, warehouse equipment, and moderate noise levels.
