Salary: $15.00

Job Duties: 

• Greet customers promptly and provide exceptional customer service 
• Assist customers in selecting products that meet their needs
• Recommend complementary products through consultive upselling 
• Process customer orders and sales transactions accurately 
• Answer customer questions regarding products, pricing, and availability 
• Coordinate customer pickups, deliveries, and shipping requests 
• Pick and pack customer orders as needed 
• Prepare orders for shipment, delivery, or customer pickup 
• Make sure orders are processed accurately with minimal errors and customer times are minimized 
• Answer multi-phone lines
• Use bar scanner 

Requirements: 

• At least 1-3 years of retail sales, counter sales, customer service, or inside sales experience 
• High School Diploma or equivalent 
• Experience using a POS system and computers and inventory software 
• Able to answer multi-phone line 
• Excellent customer service and phone etiquette skills 
• Able to frequently stand and walk throughout the workday 
• Must have a sales attitude with the ability to identify upselling opportunities 
• Must have a positive "can do" attitude 
• Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds unassisted 
• Able to lift, bend, reach, squat, kneel, climb, push and pull merchandise or carts as needed 

Work Schedule: 7:30am to 5pm Monday - Friday
