We are seeking an experienced Carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in framing and finish trim work and take pride in delivering high-quality craftsmanship. If you're dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team, we'd like to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential and/or commercial framing.
• Install interior and exterior trim, including baseboards, casing, crown molding, doors, and other finish carpentry.
• Read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings.
• Measure, cut, and assemble building materials accurately.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized worksite.
• Collaborate with other trades to complete projects on schedule.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in framing and trim carpentry.
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
• Must have your own tools.
• Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to lift 50lbs routinely and work in a physically demanding environment.
