General Laborer | $18.00/hour | Centralia Area
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:30 PM
Position Overview:
  • Join a busy lumber and materials operation supporting production and warehouse activities.
  • Work alongside a team focused on safety, organization, and dependable daily operations.
  • Evaluation-hire opportunity with potential for long-term employment.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Safely lift, carry, move, load, and unload products and materials throughout the facility.
  • Assist with inventory organization, product staging, and maintaining orderly work areas.
  • Follow safety procedures, communicate effectively with supervisors, and complete general labor tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience working with lumber is required.
  • Experience in a sawmill, lumber yard, wood products manufacturing, pallet shop, construction, framing, roofing, fencing, logging, or similar industry preferred.
  • Ability to regularly lift up to 35 lbs. and occasionally up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods on concrete surfaces.
  • Strong attention to safety and willingness to work in an industrial environment.
