🔧 Job Duties & Responsibilities

• ✂️ Cut large rolls of flexible fiberglass material according to specifications
• 📏 Use a tape measure to accurately measure materials
• ➕ Apply basic math skills for measurements and production calculations
• 🚜 Operate a pallet jack to move materials and finished products
• 📦 Load, unload, organize, and stage materials
• ✅ Inspect products for quality and accuracy
• 🧹 Maintain a clean and safe work area
• 🦺 Follow all safety policies and procedures
• 🤝 Assist with other warehouse and production tasks as needed

💪 Physical Requirements

• Stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift
• Lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs regularly
• Bend, stoop, twist, kneel, and reach frequently
• Perform repetitive hand and arm movements
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced production setting

🌡️ Environmental Requirements

• Work in a warehouse and manufacturing environment
• Exposure to fiberglass materials and dust
• Exposure to varying temperatures depending on the season
• Work around moving equipment and production machinery
• Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) 🦺👓🧤
