🎯 Position Overview
We are seeking a dependable and safety-conscious Material Handler to join our warehouse operations team in Prineville, Oregon. This position is responsible for receiving shipments, inventory movement, order fulfillment, warehouse operations, and material handling equipment operation. Must have valid driver's license and vehicle on site to travel between buildings on job site.
The ideal candidate has experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, or similar equipment and is comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Success in this role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to workplace safety.
🛠 Responsibilities
• Receive, unload, and transport server racks, equipment, and materials to designated warehouse locations
• Depalletize, move, and organize incoming inventory and shipments
• Receive, check in, book, unbox, and re-box incoming and outgoing deliveries
• Read and interpret customer orders, work orders, packing slips, and shipping documents
• Accurately gather, distribute, and prepare items for shipment
• Safely operate material handling equipment, including forklifts, electric tugs, and pallet jacks
• Assist with inventory movement, stock organization, and warehouse material flow
• Maintain an organized, clean, and safe warehouse environment
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals and production targets
• Follow all company safety procedures and standard operating practices
✅ Key Requirements
• Experience operating a forklift, electric tug, and/or pallet jack
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
• Ability to regularly push, pull, and lift up to 50 pounds
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Dependable work ethic and reliable attendance
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Commitment to workplace safety and operational excellence

• Previous warehouse experience
