Typical Responsibilities

·    Complete residential and commercial remodeling projects

·    Perform interior and exterior renovations

·    Assist with framing, drywall, insulation, and trim installation

·    Install cabinets, doors, windows, flooring, tile, and other finishes

·    Support deck, siding, and exterior improvement projects

·    Complete demolition, site preparation, material handling, and cleanup

·    Read blueprints, take accurate measurements, and plan material needs for higher-level positions

·    Operate hand and power tools safely and maintain an organized worksite

·    Work independently or collaboratively to meet project schedules and quality standards

What We’re Looking For

·    Construction, remodeling, carpentry, or related trades experience is preferred; opportunities are available at multiple skill levels

·    Ability to use common hand and power tools safely

·    Ability to read a tape measure and follow project instructions

·    Strong attendance, reliability, work ethic, and attention to detail

·    Ability to work effectively with a crew and communicate professionally

·    Reliable transportation to assigned job sites

·    Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work indoors or outdoors as project conditions require

Pay & Benefits

·    $18.00–$35.00 per hour, based on experience, demonstrated skills, and the position
