Express Employment Professionals is seeking a dependable Maintenance Technician for a local apartment community. This position will provide general maintenance and repairs across 200+ apartment units.

Responsibilities

• Perform general apartment maintenance and repairs.
• Complete light plumbing, electrical, painting, and HVAC repairs.
• Handle handyman tasks including changing light fixtures, hanging doors/blinds, replacing toilet parts, and drywall repairs.
• Perform appliance repairs and general upkeep.
• Use basic hand tools to complete maintenance tasks.
• Complete service paperwork, invoices, and maintenance records.
• Maintain a professional and safe work environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with:
  • Plumbing
  • Electrical
  • A/C repairs
  • Painting
  • Drywall repair
  • Appliance repair
  • General handyman work
• Ability to use basic hand tools.
• Must have reliable transportation (truck preferred).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to read, write, and complete paperwork.

Schedule & Pay

• Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• $20.00/hour
• Full-Time
