Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Laser Machine Operator with a strong maintenance background to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up, operating, and monitoring laser cutting equipment while performing routine maintenance to ensure optimal machine performance. This role requires a commitment to safety, quality, and production efficiency in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up, operate, and monitor CNC laser cutting machines according to production schedules and specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and technical drawings.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance and basic troubleshooting on laser equipment and related machinery.
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and customer specifications.
• Adjust machine settings to optimize performance and minimize material waste.
• Load and unload raw materials and finished products safely and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate production and maintenance records.
• Follow all workplace safety procedures and company policies.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with 5S standards.
• Collaborate with maintenance, quality, and production teams to resolve equipment or production issues.
