Express Employment Professionals-Rochester Hills has partnered with a leading provider of lifting solutions to fulfill their need for an Equipment Technician at their Troy, Michigan location. This is a long-term, evaluation hire opportunity for an individual that is mechanically inclined and eager to learn new things.
Equipment Technician Requirements & Responsibilities:
- Prior manufacturing or warehouse experience required
- Forklift experience preferred
- Mechanically inclined, with troubleshooting skills
- Routine equipment maintenance and repair
- Able to pull/push and lift/carry up to 50 pounds
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid Driver’s License & clean driving record
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screen
Equipment Technician will be trained in the following areas:
- Disassemble, troubleshoot, repair, reassemble and test various types of electrical, hand-operated, and pneumatic rental equipment
- Prepare each job in accordance with a job order or verbal/written instruction
- Perform inspection of completed product in accordance with company quality standards
- Load and unload delivery vehicles
Shift – Monday thru Friday:
8:00 am to 4:30 pm
Pay:
$21.50 per hour
