A growing manufacturing company in Hutto, Texas is seeking a dependable Machine Operator to join a growing Pre-Fabrication (Pre-Fab) manufacturing team. In this role, you'll operate and maintain production equipment used to fabricate precision building components while ensuring quality, efficiency, and safety. If you have experience in manufacturing, production, fabrication, or machine operation, this is a great opportunity to grow your career with a stable, fast-paced team.

·         Starting Pay: $22.00 per hour

·         Location: Hutto, TX

·         Schedule: Monday-Friday

·         Hours: 6:00 AM-3:45 PM

·         Full-time, consistent hours

What You'll Do

·         Operate various machines to perform cutting, bending, and shaping of metal and other materials.

·         Set up and calibrate machines according to specifications.

·         Monitor machines during operation and make necessary adjustments to ensure proper functioning.

·         Inspect finished products for quality and precision.

·         Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machines.

·         Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area.

·         Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient production.

·         Assist in training new machine operators as needed.

Qualifications

·         Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and diagrams

·         Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills

·         Attention to detail and quality orientation

·         Ability to perform basic maintenance tasks

·         Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures

·         Good communication and teamwork skills

·         Ability to follow instructions and work independently

·         Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects
