Machine Operator

Salary: 20-22/hr

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Machine Operator to operate, monitor, and maintain production machinery. The Machine Operator will ensure machines run safely and efficiently while meeting production and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate production machines according to company procedures.
• Monitor machines during operation and make basic adjustments as needed.
• Inspect products to ensure they meet quality and production standards.
• Load raw materials and remove finished products from machines.
• Perform routine cleaning and basic maintenance of equipment.
• Identify machine problems and report mechanical or production issues to supervisors.
• Maintain accurate production and quality records.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe.
• Meet daily production goals and deadlines.
• Work with team members, supervisors, and maintenance personnel to resolve production issues.

Qualifications

• Previous machine operator or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions.
• Basic understanding of machinery and production processes.
