A leading custom packaging manufacturer specializing in quick-turn structural samples, digital prototyping, on-site testing, and in-house pack-out services is seeking motivated and dependable Display Assemblers to join our production team in Chatsworth.

Summary: This role is responsible for assembling retail displays and packaging components while maintaining high standards for quality, accuracy, and efficiency in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assemble corrugated and specialty retail displays according to work instructions, drawings, or customer specifications.
• Pack products into displays and promotional packaging as required.
• Inspect completed displays to ensure quality, accuracy, and structural integrity.
• Operate basic hand tools and assembly equipment safely.
• Label, package, and prepare completed displays for shipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Meet daily production goals while adhering to quality standards.
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to complete projects on schedule.
• Follow all company safety procedures and manufacturing guidelines.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous assembly, manufacturing, warehouse, or packaging experience is a plus but not required.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and move materials as needed.
• Reliable attendance and a positive, team-oriented attitude.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience assembling retail displays, POP displays, or corrugated packaging.
• Familiarity with packaging or manufacturing environments.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production setting while meeting deadlines.
