We are seeking a skilled and dependable Production Maintenance to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing production machinery and mechanical equipment to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment and mechanical systems.

• Inspect machinery, observe equipment in operation, and diagnose mechanical issues by analyzing performance and identifying the source of malfunctions.

• Repair or replace defective components and adjust mechanical parts, control devices, and instrumentation to restore equipment functionality.

• Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems to minimize equipment downtime.

• Lubricate, clean, and maintain machinery according to preventive maintenance schedules.

• Complete maintenance work orders and document repairs, inspections, and equipment performance.

• Maintain a safe and organized work environment while following all company safety policies and procedures.

• Collaborate with production teams to resolve equipment issues quickly and support continuous improvement initiatives.

This position is ideal for someone with strong mechanical aptitude, excellent troubleshooting skills, and a commitment to keeping production equipment operating at peak performance.
