Job Description:
We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Pizza Prep Cook to join our team! In this role, you will prepare and assemble a variety of pizza ingredients, ensuring that each pizza meets our high standards for taste, appearance, and presentation. You’ll work in a fast-paced kitchen, where quick thinking and attention to detail are essential.

Additionally, you will assist with catering events, including setup and breakdown, and will travel with the team throughout the area for these events. Travel to various locations for weddings, work events, and other special occasions will be required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and assemble pizza ingredients according to recipes and standards
• Ensure pizzas are consistently delicious and visually appealing
• Maintain a clean and organized prep area
• Assist with catering events, including travel to different locations
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines

Position Requirements:

• Must be professional and have excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work weekends is essential
• Must thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility with a varying schedule based on business needs
• Willingness to travel throughout the area for events
• Comfortable with seasonal work (May through October), with opportunities for additional event work outside of the season
