Thursday, July 30 – Saturday, August 1: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Sunday, August 2: 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM

A luxury fashion brand known for its premium apparel and elevated customer experience, is seeking enthusiastic Retail Associates to support an exclusive pop-up shop in Chicago's Wicker Park neighborhood.

What You'll Do

• Welcome customers and deliver an exceptional luxury shopping experience.
• Build relationships with customers by understanding their style and product needs.
• Share product knowledge and make personalized recommendations.
• Maintain the appearance and organization of the merchandise displays.
• Process sales accurately using the point-of-sale system.
• Assist with receiving, stocking, and inventory management.
• Support the team in achieving daily sales goals while representing the brand with professionalism.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in mid- to high-end clothing retail is required.
• Passion for fashion and delivering outstanding customer service.
• Enthusiastic, friendly, and approachable personality.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Reliable, punctual, and a team player.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
