Logistics Coordinator

Located in Littleton, MA

Salary: $25-$28/hr DOE

We are seeking a Logistics Coordinator for a manufacturing client in Littleton, MA. This role involves managing logistics and ensuring seamless communication with customers for the delivery, pickup, and servicing of their technical products.

 

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate drivers and subcontractors for equipment deliveries, pickups, setups, and breakdowns.
• Communicate with customers to confirm schedules and address inquiries.
• Maintain and update schedules in Outlook and SAP systems.
• Ensure proper documentation of delays, extra work, and inventory updates.
• Arrange permits, route surveys, and escorts for oversized equipment.
• Manage outside contractors for transportation and onsite setups.
• Submit purchase requests for outsourced services.
• Oversee maintenance scheduling for trucks and equipment.
• Continuously improve processes and documentation using Lean principles.

Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2-3 years in customer service, scheduling, or dispatch
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, excellent communication, and organizational skills. SAP or similar software experience preferred
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs occasionally and sit for extended periods.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM (occasional additional hours may be required) 

 

The pay is $25-$28/hr DOE. This is a full time position with great growth opportunities.
