Service Coodinator

Position Summary

We are seeking a highly organized, tech-savvy Service Coordinator with construction industry experience to oversee service scheduling, customer communication, and project coordination. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities while supporting field technicians, project managers, and customers. Experience in construction, service dispatching, or facility maintenance is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule service calls, installations, inspections, and warranty work.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding service requests and updates.
• Dispatch technicians based on priority, location, and workload.
• Track work orders from initiation through completion.
• Maintain accurate service records, documentation, and customer files.
• Communicate with vendors, subcontractors, and internal departments to ensure timely project completion.
• Monitor technician schedules and adjust assignments as needed.
• Review completed work orders for accuracy and billing readiness.
• Assist with purchasing materials and tracking inventory when necessary.
• Ensure compliance with company safety policies and customer requirements.
• Generate reports and maintain performance metrics using company software.
