Production Line Observers – Contract Project

Location: Ocala, FL
Pay: $20/hr or more (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 8:00 AM-6:00 PM
Duration: Contract position - Unknown could be 8+ weeks

 

 

We are seeking a detail-oriented individuals for a short-term project on a manufacturing floor. This role involves monitoring production lines, collecting data, and identifying maintenance needs. Ideal candidates are comfortable in a factory/Manufacturing setting and have strong math, organizational, and computer skills. Position would require you to stand for long periods of time.

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor one production line per day (out of 90 total)
• Track line activity: uptime, downtime, and maintenance needs
• Record findings in Microsoft Excel database
• Communicate observations clearly and accurately
• Maintain a high level of attention to detail and organization

Qualifications:

• Strong math and analytical skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and general computer use
• Highly observant and organized
• Comfortable working on a manufacturing floor
• Previous experience in data tracking or production environments is a plus
