Key Responsibilities

• Operate industrial loom machines to produce woven fabrics.
• Set up looms according to production specifications, including threading and loading materials.
• Monitor machine performance and fabric quality during operation.
• Identify and correct weaving defects, thread breaks, and machine malfunctions.
• Perform routine machine adjustments and minor maintenance tasks.
• Replace yarn packages, bobbins, and other materials as needed.
• Inspect finished fabric for defects and ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Record production data, machine performance, and maintenance activities.
• Follow workplace safety procedures and maintain a clean work area.
• Collaborate with supervisors, maintenance personnel, and quality control staff to meet production goals.
