Warehouse Administrator

Location: Ocala, FL
Pay: $17.00/hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Express Employment Professionals is seeking a dependable and organized Administrator to join a busy office and warehouse team in Ocala. Job Responsibilities

Process and organize incoming paperwork related to equipment and units.
Enter data accurately for completed quality control inspections.
Send estimates to customers and follow up on pending approvals.
Answer incoming customer calls and provide outstanding customer service.
Coordinate with management and corporate staff by providing requested information.
Scan and submit required documentation to the corporate office.
Prepare paperwork and route deliveries to drivers.
Contact customers to confirm delivery schedules and ensure their needs are met.
Maintain accurate records by updating serial numbers, models, and warranty information.
Assist with shipping, packaging, and receiving duties as needed.
Support warehouse operations by helping clean and prepare incoming and completed units.
Perform additional administrative and operational duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Previous administrative, office support, or office management experience preferred.
Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Word and Excel.
Excellent data entry skills with a high level of accuracy.
Experience with shipping and receiving is a plus.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Professional phone etiquette and excellent customer service skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with coworkers and management.
Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities.
Willingness to assist both office and warehouse operations when needed.
