Express Employment Professionals seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance & Construction person to join a growing team. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity for individuals with experience in building maintenance, construction, renovations, or related trades.

Responsibilities

• Perform general building maintenance and repair work
• Complete construction and renovation projects as assigned
• Install, repair, and maintain drywall, flooring, tile, and trim
• Complete painting, carpentry, and general repair tasks
• Assist with HVAC, ventilation, and minor plumbing repairs
• Install appliances, fixtures, and other building components
• Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Follow company safety procedures and quality standards

Qualifications

• Previous experience in maintenance, construction, renovations, or a related field
• Experience with carpentry, drywall, painting, flooring, or general repairs
• Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, or mechanical systems is considered an asset
• Comfortable using hand and power tools
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding work
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
• Valid driver's license
