We are seeking a reliable and skilled Apartment Maintenance Technician to join our team in Mount Pleasant, SC. This position is responsible for maintaining the overall functionality, appearance, and safety of residential properties.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs for apartment units and common areas
• Complete service requests in a timely and professional manner
• Handle basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliance repairs
• Prepare vacant units for new residents (turnovers/make-readies)
• Troubleshoot and diagnose maintenance issues
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Provide excellent customer service to residents

Qualifications

• Previous apartment maintenance or related experience preferred
• HVAC certification is a plus but not required
• Strong knowledge of general maintenance (plumbing, electrical, HVAC basics)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks
