In this position, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and monitoring automated or semi-automated production machinery to keep output moving efficiently while maintaining high quality standards.

What You Will Do

Set up, calibrate, and operate production machinery, equipment, or automated lines according to work orders and job specifications.

Monitor equipment continuously during operation to detect jams, malfunctions, or part defects.

Read job sheets, blueprints, or shop traveler cards to set parameters, speed, and tooling.

Conduct routine quality checks using basic measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, tape measures, or visual gauges).

Perform basic operator-level maintenance, clearing minor jams, changing out raw materials, and cleaning machine components.

Maintain an organized, safe, and tidy workspace while following proper lock-out/tag-out and safety protocols.
What You Need

Direct experience in machine operation, manufacturing, or a technical mechanical environment preferred (training available for candidates with strong mechanical aptitude).

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control.

Basic math skills and ability to read work instructions or blueprints.

Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift up to 40–50 lbs throughout your shift.

Steel-toe work boots required for most plant environments.

Reliable transportation and consistent, dependable attendance every day.

Ability to pass standard background screening and drug testing requirements.
