What You Will Do

Assemble components, small parts, or finished goods using hand tools and basic shop equipment.

Follow visual assembly diagrams, job orders, and safety guidelines at your workstation.

Conduct light quality inspections to ensure parts meet production standards before packaging.

Package, label, and box finished items for distribution.

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace according to plant guidelines.
What You Need

Entry-level welcome—no prior assembly or manufacturing experience required (paid on-the-job training provided).

Good manual dexterity and fine motor skills for assembling small parts.

Physical ability to stand, reach, bend, and lift up to 35–40 lbs throughout your shift.

Close-toed shoes or steel-toe boots (depending on specific facility placement).

Dependable work ethic, positive attitude, and consistent attendance.

Ability to pass standard background screening and drug testing requirements.
