What You Will Do

Perform visual, dimensional, and functional inspections of raw materials, parts, and finished products.

Use precision measuring instruments (micrometers, calipers, gauges, tape measures, or optical comparators) to verify product specs.

Document inspection findings, maintain QA logs, and input audit data into computer systems or ERP software.

Identify, tag, and segregate non-conforming or defective items to prevent contamination of good inventory.

Collaborate with production leads, machine operators, and warehouse managers to resolve quality issues and prevent recurring defects.

Review production paperwork, pick sheets, and shipping labels for complete accuracy before product dispatch.
What You Need

Minimum 1 year of Quality Control, Quality Assurance, or detailed inspection experience in manufacturing or distribution.

Proficiency with basic precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, height gauges) and reading blueprints or schematics.

High attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and solid basic math abilities.

Basic computer literacy to log inspection results into spreadsheets or management databases.

Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 to 50 lbs as required.

Reliable transportation and dependable, punctual attendance every day.

Ability to pass standard background screening and drug testing requirements.
