What You Will Do

• Set up, calibrate, and operate production machinery (such as CNC machines, presses, extruders, stamping tools, or packaging lines).

• Monitor machine operations, adjust controls, and feed raw materials into equipment as needed.

• Inspect finished parts using precision tools (micrometers, calipers, gauges) to verify measurements meet engineering specs.

• Perform routine equipment inspections, minor adjustments, and basic preventive maintenance.

• Troubleshoot basic mechanical or operational issues to minimize downtime.

• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workstation following all company safety protocols.

What You Need

• Minimum 1 year of machine operation, manufacturing, or mechanical production experience preferred.

• Ability to read work orders, blueprints, or basic schematics.

• Familiarity with measuring tools like calipers, micrometers, or tape measures is a major plus.

• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 to 50 lbs as required.

• Reliable transportation and consistent, dependable attendance every day.

• Ability to pass standard background screening and drug testing requirements.
