In this role, you will be key to keeping stock levels accurate—conducting cycle counts, tracking inventory movements, auditing incoming and outgoing stock, and identifying discrepancies to ensure smooth warehouse operations.

What You Will Do

Perform daily physical inventory audits, cycle counts, and stock reconciliations using RF scanners and inventory logs.

Track incoming receipts, internal transfers, and outgoing shipments to ensure system records match physical inventory.

Research, identify, and report inventory discrepancies, damaged goods, or misplaced items to supervisors.

Organize warehouse storage locations, update bin labels, and optimize rack space for stock efficiency.

Assist receiving and shipping departments with verifying part numbers, serial numbers, and quantities.

Utilize inventory management software or ERP systems to log counts, print labels, and process stock adjustments.
What You Need

Minimum 1 year of inventory control, cycle counting, or warehouse experience preferred.

Basic math and computer skills, with comfort using RF scanners, spreadsheets, or warehouse management software (WMS).

High level of accuracy, organization, and attention to detail when working with numbers and part IDs.

Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 30 to 50 lbs as needed throughout your shift.

Experience operating forklifts or pallet jacks is a plus (or willingness to train).

Reliable transportation and consistent, dependable attendance every day.

Ability to pass standard background screening and drug testing requirements.
