What You Will Do

Receive incoming shipments, inspect packages for damage, and verify contents against bills of lading (BOLs) and packing slips.

Prepare outgoing freight by packaging, weighing, labeling, and banding pallets or boxes.

Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, or hand trucks to safely move materials around the warehouse and load/unload delivery trucks.

Input shipping and receiving data into inventory tracking software, ERP systems, or logistics databases.

Coordinate with freight drivers, delivery carriers, and internal team members to ensure on-time shipments.

Keep shipping docks, receiving bays, and inventory storage areas clean, organized, and secure.
What You Need

Minimum 1 year of shipping and receiving, warehouse, or logistics experience preferred.

Basic computer skills and experience using inventory software, RF scanners, or shipping systems (FedEx, UPS, DHL, or internal ERPs).

Experience operating sit-down forklifts, stand-up lifts, or pallet jacks is a major plus.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work actively on your feet throughout your shift.

High attention to detail for verifying part numbers, quantities, and documentation.

Reliable transportation and consistent, dependable attendance every day.

Ability to pass standard background screening and drug testing requirements.
