Express Employment Professionals is currently hiring an experienced Door & Window Installer for a growing company in Redlands, CA. We are looking for a dependable installer with experience in the removal and replacement of interior and exterior doors, windows, and sliding glass doors. The ideal candidate takes pride in quality craftsmanship, has excellent attention to detail, and enjoys working as part of a professional installation team.

Key Responsibilities

• Remove and install retro-fit and new construction exterior and interior doors.
• Remove and install retro-fit and new construction windows and sliding glass doors.
• Install new trim and complete minor paint touch-up work as needed.
• Re-measure job sites to verify door and window dimensions before installation.
• Ensure all installations are completed accurately, safely, and to company quality standards.
• Load, unload, and transport installation materials and tools to job sites.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area before, during, and after installations.
• Communicate professionally with customers and team members.
• Follow all company safety procedures while working at customer locations.

Qualifications

• Previous experience installing doors, windows, sliding glass doors, or finish carpentry required.
• Experience with retro-fit and new construction installations preferred.
• Ability to accurately measure and verify project dimensions.
• Strong knowledge of hand and power tools.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Positive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid California Driver's License required.
• Clean driving record required.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Pass Drug and Background requirements
