Duties:

• Supervise participants, provide support, and address daily needs while ensuring compliance with program rules and expectations.
• Manage daily shelter operations including bed assignments, routines, housekeeping, inventory, and facility upkeep.
• Address behavioral concerns, document incidents, and communicate participant issues or safety concerns to management.
• Complete shift logs, reports, and required documentation accurately and timely.
• Assist with policy implementation, continuous improvement efforts, and maintaining a safe, secure environment.
• Maintain compliance with fire, safety, health, and organizational standards.
• Provide awake overnight coverage, monitor facility security, and respond to emergencies as needed.
• Attend required training and perform additional duties as assigned.

What we look for…

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Understanding and knowledge of housing safety concerns.
• Demonstrated proficiency in excellent customer service.
• Must be willing to work early mornings, evenings and weekends.
