Shift: 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM

We are seeking a dependable Order Picker / Forklift Operator to support warehouse operations in a temperature-controlled environment. This position is ideal for candidates with experience using RF scanners, pallet jacks, and forklifts who thrive in a team-focused, high-volume warehouse setting.

Responsibilities

• Pick and select customer orders using an RF scanner
• Build pallets with accurate case picks
• Wrap completed pallets and stage them for shipment
• Operate sit-down forklifts safely and efficiently
• Utilize manual and electric pallet jacks
• Load, move, and organize products throughout the warehouse
• Maintain accuracy, quality, and productivity standards
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and guidelines

Work Environment

• Work in cooler and freezer areas as needed
• Cold-weather suits and gloves are provided
• Fast-paced distribution and shipping environment
• Standing, walking, lifting, and material handling throughout the shift

Requirements

• Previous warehouse, order picking, or forklift experience preferred
• Experience using RF scanners is a plus
• Ability to work in refrigerated and freezer environments
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Ability to lift, bend, stand, and move throughout the workday
• Reliable attendance and willingness to work overtime

Schedule & Overtime

• Regular schedule: Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM
• Facility operates 7 days per week
• Candidates must be available to work either Saturday or Sunday for overtime
• Additional weekend overtime may be required based on business needs
• Availability to work both weekend days when needed is a plus
