Express Employment Professionals in Lawrence, Kansas are seeking a Maintenance Technician for a great local property management company. This position is Monday-Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm. Job duties include but not limited to preparing vacant apartments for new resident move-ins, complete repairs and routine maintenance to ensure units are move in ready, perform tasks such as painting, drywall repair, appliance checks and minor plumbing/electrical work, conduct inspections to identify and address maintenance needs, assist with general property maintenance and additional tasks assigned.
