Position Overview

Express Employment Professionals - Forest Lake is seeking qualified and motivated candidates for a Soldering Technician position in Stillwater, MN. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with electronics assembly experience who enjoy detailed, precision work in a clean manufacturing environment. Pay & Schedule

• Hourly Pay: $17.00-$22.00/hour
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:30 AM-3:00 PM
• Pay Frequency: Weekly
• Employment Type: Evaluation-to-Hire

Key Responsibilities

• Perform hand soldering of electronic components under a microscope according to IPC standards and work instructions.
• Assemble, modify, and repair printed circuit boards (PCBs) and electronic assemblies.
• Inspect solder joints and completed assemblies to ensure compliance with quality specifications.
• Utilize precision hand tools and testing equipment while maintaining production standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation while following all safety and quality procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months of hand soldering experience in an electronics manufacturing environment.
• Experience working under a microscope performing detailed assembly or soldering work.
• Ability to read and follow assembly instructions, blueprints, and process documentation.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive precision tasks.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
