Job Duties:

• Supervise daily production operations and manufacturing personnel.
• Lead, train, and motivate employees to meet production goals.
• Schedule and assign work to maximize productivity and efficiency.
• Monitor workflow and ensure projects are completed on time.
• Read and interpret blueprints, production drawings, and work orders.
• Coordinate with fabrication, welding, machining, and assembly departments.
• Ensure products meet quality standards and customer specifications.
• Identify and resolve production issues while minimizing downtime.
• Enforce company safety policies and maintain a safe work environment.
• Monitor inventory, materials, and equipment needed for production.
• Conduct employee coaching, training, and performance evaluations.
• Maintain production records and communicate progress with management.

Qualifications:

• Previous supervisory or leadership experience in a manufacturing environment required.
• Experience in fabrication, welding, machining, or industrial manufacturing required.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement practices is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Reliable attendance and a strong commitment to safety and quality.
• Must meet all prescreening requirements.
