Salary: $20/hr. + monthly bonus

Express Employment is seeking an account support representative/sales assistant for a commercial printer and sign company.  Job details include:

• Entering orders into database quickly and accurately
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients and customers, providing updates and progress reports on orders
• Ensuring customer needs are met and exceeded by providing exceptional customer service
• Project coordination between customer, sales team, and production team to ensure items are delivered on time
• Conducting research to identify potential customers and generate sales leads
• Working collaboratively with sales team and helping to develop and implement account strategies to maximize revenue from existing accounts

• Excellent customer service, responsive to customer needs
• Problem solver, solutions-oriented
• Highly detailed, great time management skills
• Professional demeanor
• Reliable, great attendance, hard work ethic
• Experience in account management, inside sales, or managing a book of business would be a plus

Other details:

• Onsite role
• $20/hr. + monthly bonus when goals are achieved based on how many orders are entered into the system
• Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:30pm

• Will provide training program to learn products, processes, industry
• Temp to hire  and looking for someone who wants to grow with the company
