We are looking for dependable and hardworking Warehouse Associates to join our team in Union, NJ. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced warehouse environment and have experience preparing, packaging, and shipping products.
The ideal candidate will have experience operating a stretch/shrink wrap machine, safely handling materials, and maintaining a clean and organized warehouse.
Operate a stretch wrap/shrink wrap machine to securely wrap pallets and shipments
Prepare orders for shipping by packing, labeling, and staging materials
Load, unload, and move products throughout the warehouse
Inspect shipments for accuracy and quality before shipping
Perform general warehouse duties, including sorting, organizing, and inventory support
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse policies
Assist with receiving incoming shipments and stocking inventory
Work efficiently to meet daily production and shipping deadlines
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth warehouse operations
Previous warehouse experience required
Experience operating a stretch wrap or shrink wrap machine required
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds throughout the shift
Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and lifting for extended periods
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Forklift experience is a plus but not required
Competitive pay of $18.00 – $20.00 per hour, based on experience
