General Laborer - Pallets

Location: Waterloo, IA
Pay: $12.00–$13.00/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–3:30 PM
Type: Temp-to-Hire Opportunity

Position Overview

Express Employment Professionals is seeking a General Laborer to assist with pallet production in Waterloo. This position involves building pallets, operating power tools, and supporting daily production goals in a team-oriented environment. Great overtime opportunities available!

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with the supervisor/team lead to determine daily production needs
• Build pallets using nail guns
• Operate drills, saws, and other power tools
• Label finished goods and excess materials
• Keep work areas clean and organized
• Stay on task and assist with production as needed

Qualifications:

• Experience with hand tools and power tools preferred
• Comfortable using nail guns, drills, and saws
• Ability to work well with a team
• Reliable and dependable work ethic
• Ability to follow instructions and maintain productivity

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to safely bend and lift up to 50 lbs
• Must be able to operate power tools and production equipment
• Must wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
