Recycling Specialist

Pay: $17–$19/hr

Express Employment Professionals is hiring a Recycling Specialist to join a growing warehouse team. This hands-on position focuses on processing end-of-life equipment, sorting recyclable materials, and preparing shipments in a safe and efficient environment.

 

Responsibilities:

• Process and handle end-of-life equipment for recycling
• Sort, separate, and dismantle materials for proper recycling or disposal
• Load and unload inbound and outbound materials
• Organize materials and maintain a clean, safe work area
• Follow company safety procedures and environmental guidelines
• Work with team members to meet daily production goals

Qualifications:

• Previous warehouse, recycling, manufacturing, or labor experience preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physically active work throughout the shift
• Comfortable using hand tools to dismantle equipment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
• Reliable attendance and a positive work ethic
• Forklift experience is a plus but not required
