Job Summary

We are seeking a hardworking and safety-conscious Technician to join our industrial services team. Who can operate high-pressure hydro-blasting equipment and industrial vacuum trucks to clean, maintain, and service heavy industrial facilities. We primarily work in cement plants, lime facilities, and paper mills, ensuring equipment efficiency and operational safety.

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly Pay: $20.00 – $25.00 per hour (depending on experience).

Key Responsibilities

• Equipment Operation: Safely operate hydro-blasting pumps, automated cleaning tooling, and accessories ranging from 10,000 to 40,000 PSI.
• Vacuum Services: Assist with the setup, staging, and operation of industrial vacuum trucks and air movers to remove dry bulk powders, sludges, and debris.
• Facility Cleaning: Clear build-ups, clogs, and spills from silos, kilns, clinker coolers, paper machines, storage tanks, and process piping.
• Rigging & Setup: Manually assemble, connect, and dismantle heavy vacuum hoses, water lines, lances, and staging equipment.
• Safety Compliance: Strictly adhere to OSHA, MSHA, and company safety guidelines, including Job Safety Analyses (JSA), confined space entry permits, and lockout/tagout (LOTO) procedures.
• Equipment Care: Perform routine safety checks, basic troubleshooting, and post-job cleaning on hydro-blasters, vacuum units, and tooling.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of experience in industrial cleaning, hydro-blasting, or vacuum truck operations preferred.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, , and endure heavy physical labor in dusty, hot, and noisy environments.
• Safety Mindset: High awareness of surroundings, strict adherence to wearing required PPE (respirators, safety harness, hearing protection), and a focus on teamwork.
• Availability: Flexible schedule required, including willingness to work overtime, night shifts, weekends, and holiday shut downs.
