Production Lead / POP Coordinator

This position oversees daily Point of Production (POP) operations and supports production by ensuring materials are available when needed.

The Production Lead serves as the main contact between FACIL and the customer, communicating changes in production schedules, parts, and other important updates.

Responsibilities include:

Leading and assigning daily tasks to POP Operators
Monitoring inventory and replenishing production parts
Unloading incoming materials and scanning products into the system
Printing labels, updating records, and performing data entry
Addressing customer concerns and communicating quality issues
Ensuring parts are stocked correctly and production runs smoothly
Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment

This position will begin training on 1st Shift (6:30 AM – 3:00 PM, Monday-Friday) until customer 2nd shift production launches. Once operational needs require, the candidate will transition to 2nd Shift (3:00 PM – 11:30 PM, Monday-Friday) and will be expected to provide leadership and support with limited supervision.

Pay Rate: Starting at $21.25 per hour during training on 1st shift, increasing to $22.25 per hour upon transition to 2nd shift.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent
Leadership, warehouse, manufacturing, inventory, or logistics experience preferred
Forklift experience is a plus
Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and lead a team in a fast-paced production environment
Experience with inventory management, data entry, and production support activities is preferred
