Customer Service Representative

Express Employment Professionals is proud to partner with a leading supplier of medical equipment to recruit a Customer Service Representative for their growing team. Our client is recognized for their commitment to improving patient care through innovative products and outstanding customer service. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys helping customers, providing exceptional service, and working in a fast-paced team environment.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner, both in person and over the phone
• Answer incoming telephone calls and assist customers with questions, product inquiries, and orders
• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently using the company's computer system
• Provide product information and assist customers in selecting the appropriate equipment and supplies
• Communicate with internal departments to ensure orders are processed accurately and on time
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
• Support the showroom by providing excellent customer service to walk-in customers
• Assist with general administrative duties and other tasks to support the team as needed

 

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of customer service experience in a retail, office, or other customer-facing environment
• Strong telephone etiquette and excellent verbal communication skills
• Comfortable using computers and able to quickly learn new software systems
• Experience processing orders or handling customer inquiries is considered an asset
• Home healthcare or medical equipment knowledge is an asset but not required; training will be provided
• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
• Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

 

 

What Our Client Offers:

• Monday to Friday schedule from 8:30 am – 5 pm (no weekends!)
