• Perform on-site inspections and monitor the progress of restoration projects, ensuring they meet company standards and client expectations.
• Conduct water extraction, drying, dehumidifying, and mold remediation tasks to restore damaged properties.
• Execute fire damage restoration tasks, including cleaning soot, smoke, and debris from surfaces and structures.
• Carry out general cleaning tasks, such as scrubbing floors, walls, and other affected areas to remove contaminants.
• Document damages and restoration work with detailed notes and photographs, maintaining accurate records of all actions taken.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure efficient completion of restoration projects.
• Communicate clearly with supervisors, clients, and team members about the status of ongoing work and any challenges encountered.
• Operate and maintain restoration equipment and tools, including water extraction machines, dehumidifiers, and air movers.
• Adhere to safety protocols and procedures to protect yourself, team members, and the property being restored.
