Express Employment Professionals is seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Technician for a local company. This full-time position is ideal for someone with handyman experience who enjoys troubleshooting, repairs, and maintaining residential properties.

Schedule:

• Monday – Friday
• 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform minor plumbing and electrical repairs, including replacing faucets, toilet components, light fixtures, and built-in appliances
• Complete general handyman projects and routine maintenance tasks
• Repair and maintain structures and fixtures such as showers, sinks, appliances, doors, cabinets, walls, and building exteriors
• Prepare residential units for new move-ins
• Complete painting, carpentry, and general repair work
• Perform grounds maintenance and property upkeep
• Assist with special projects as assigned
• Maintain a safe and professional work environment while following company policies and housing regulations

Qualifications:

• Experience in maintenance, handyman work, property maintenance, or a related field
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and painting
• Working knowledge of HVAC systems preferred
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
